Influencer Agreement and Privacy Policy

Manipulation includes (but is not limited to):
- prompts/recommendations to click on the page's ads (verbal or written)
- donate pages etc.
- contests and games that require you to click on ads
- rewards for clicks and registrations
- spamming
- ads used as menu items
- camouflaged links
- clicks via external click exchange, banner exchange or display systems.
Fashion Bear is not responsible for non-performance or delay in service due to force majeure or other causes beyond our control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, power failure, Internet connection failure caused by the provider, strike, civil unrest, government intervention or intervention by public authority.
If the influencer has problems such as personal or illness-related including other job problems, the influencer must write to us requesting a new time-limited agreement
If the person in question does not post content or does not respond to us regarding our cooperation within 30 days, the person in question must be responsible for the products themselves.
We approve that the influencer may have collaborations with similar companies and does not need to ask us for permission.
We agree on the commission on the social media platform. The commission cannot be changed during ongoing collaboration. The same applies to start compensation. Payments when using the discount code and starting compensation must have taken place within 30 days, otherwise we as a company must add an approved compensation that those involved must have approved.
Changes to the agreement must be approved by both parties and the agreement must be approved by the guardian if the person is not of legal age.
The approval of the agreement means that the person in question approves that this is the purpose of marketing and that all materials are used on other social media such as Tiktok, Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, Google marketing and Pinterest.
Disputes between the parties that cannot be resolved in any other way may be settled in court.
